Job Overview

We require PC and MAC (laptop and Desktop) computer repair technicians to work in our shops in the London SW area. Previous experience in stripping down and repairing laptop computers and customer facing skills are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

– Diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop with both software and hardware faults.
– Setting up and installing new PCs.
– Stripping down laptops or PCs and rebuilding their systems.
– Replacing existing hardware devices.
– Replacing laptop motherboards, LCD Screens and soldering DC jack.
– Visiting clients at home or business premises and helping them with their IT problems.
– Virus and spy-ware removal.
– Recovering system from a blue screen.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

– The successful candidate will have technical experience or qualifications as well as customer facing skills.
– Replacing laptop motherboards, LCD Screens and soldering DC jack.
– Installing and configuring laptop computer systems, maintaining and troubleshooting Laptop and Desktop computer systems and networks.
– Analysing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
